The good news is that apart from first drive, the Raiders starters on defense shut down the Packers. That first drive wasn’t pretty though and the same could be said of the Raiders starting offense too.
Derek Carr threw a pick attempting to get ball to Amari Cooper. Murray was underwhelming, going for nineteen yards on six carries.
Indeed, the Raiders only touchdown came from special teams when Nate Allen blocked a punt in the endzone for the score.
With two games left, the Raiders need to find a way to get the first time offense going to the same level they have their defense functioning. There is time and it isn’t like we are running anything but a vanilla offense right now anyway.
